Van Tuyl, Greenport, N.Y. , February 19 , 1927 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y. March 25 , 1927 file No. 192 , and the westerly 20 feet of Lot No. 63 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of Mattituck Heights Property of Gustav Bayer at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York" made and surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, surveyors, of Greenport, New York and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on Jdly 24 , 1935 as Map No. 1184, said premises being further bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly corner of the premises about to be described, which monument is located approximately 255 feet from the intersection formed by the southerly side of Bayer Road and the northerly side of Wickham Avenue; running thence from said point of beginning North 31° 04 ' 30" East 70 .0 feet to land now or formerly of Zahra; running thence along said last mentioned land South 58° 55 ' 30" East 150 .0 feet to land now or formerly of Kolbe; running thence along said last mentioned land and land now or formerly of Orlowski South 310 04 ' 30" West 70.0 feet to land now or formerly of Deverna; running thence along land now or formerly of Deverna North 580 55 ' 30" West 150 .0 feet to a monument on the southerly side of Bayer Road and the point or place of BEGINNING. This deed is executed and delivered for the sole purpose of correcting errors and omissions in the description contained in a deed dated October 19, 1988 which deed has been delivered by the grantor to the grantee herein and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 25 , 1988 in Liber 10719 Page 550 . BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated July 21, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on August 9, 1950 in Liber 3111 Page 108 and by deed dated April 19 , 1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on April 24, 1957 in Liber 4290 Page 594 .
