of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of the distributive share due

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the parry of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingix2he at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Meadow Lane, 460.23
feet northerly along said easterly line from New Suffolk Avenue,
1000 said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land now
or formerly of Ruth Case; from said point of beginning running along
said easterly line of Meadow Lane North 13 degrees 01 minutes 40
seconds east 160 .22 feet;
THENCE along the southerly line of said Meadow Lane, north 76 degrees
51 minutes 40 seconds east 295 feet more or less to ordinary high water
mark of West Creek;
116 . 00 THENCE southerly along said high water mark 220 feet more or less to
said land now or formerly of Ruth Case;
THENCE along said land, south 89 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds west,
SLK 300 feet more or less , to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use in common with the other
owners of a right-of-way for passage on foot of a certain private road
2 rods in width running from New Suffolk Avenue in a southerly directio:
02.�00 to Peconic Bay, said right-of-way being bounded north by New Suffolk
Avenue, east by lands now or formerly of Beverly King, south by Peconic
Bay and west by lands now or formerly of G. H. Case estate.
LOT SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions set forth in Liber 7557 page 332 .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Henry Tasker
by deed of Reginald C. Smith dated April 3, 1962 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office December 26, 1973 in Liber 7557 of Deeds
026. 000 page 332.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the firstpart in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof• TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death insaid premises, and also

the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the fust part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
