DISTRICT BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly side of Nassau Point Road
1000 where the same is intersected by the division line between lot 85 and
SECTION lot 84 as laid down on said map, intersects the said westerly side of

BLOCK THENCE running along said division line South 54 degrees 43 minutes

Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y. , August 16, 1922,
file number 156 .
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, of, in, and to the land in Nassau Point Road, adjacent
to the above described premises to the center line thereof, and also
to all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to the land under water of Great Peconic Bay abutting said
premises.
ALSO SUBJECT TO certain covenants and restrictions and easements now
