50 feet to land of Hoine and the southeasterly corner of said lot 44;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed made by John E. Howard and Orian C. Howard, his wife,
dated February 8, 1967 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 6113 at page 205 on February 10, 1967.
