MAZZAFERRO, residing at 215 Oak Street, Village of P4 I Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being the � t same person as the grantee in deed dated 6/29/64, recorded 9/17/64, in Liber 5615 cp 531, ` party of the firstpart,and JEROME L. SWANN and ROSE E.
