SUBJECT to a right of access by the owner to the meters which are
located at the back of the premises known as #136 Front Street
until the premises hereby conveyed are separately metered.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the walkway lying between the
West line of the building known as #136 Front Street and land now
or formerly of Schiavoni to the rear of the premises herein conveyed
for access ; such right of way to be extinguished when a road is
built along the northerly end of the premises .
The expense for the repair and maintenance of the common sewer line
and water line will be borne two-thirds by the owner of the premises
known as #134 and #132 Front Street, being the premises herein con-
veyed, and one-third by the owner of the premises known as #136 Front
Street.
