party of the first part, and ARTHUR SWAN, residing at 512 Fifth.Street, Greenport,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements:thereonerected,'situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded an'" described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Fifth Street which point is
127. 54 feet northerly along said easterly line of Fifth Street from the inter-
section of said easterly line of Fifth Street from the northerly line of Wiggins
Street; from said point of beginning running thence along said easterly side of 's

now or formerly of Aanstad; running thence along land last mentioned South

minutes 40 seconds West 48. 08 feet to land now or formerly of Shapiro;

seconds West 165. 90 feet to said easterly line of Fifth Street and the point or
place of beginning.

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE. AND TO

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
