Running thence in an Easterly direction and along the Southerly line of said grant or patent on a course of South 66 degrees 23 min- utes 10- seconds East a distance of 54.89 feet to a point on said pat- ent-line, distant 390. 61 feet Westerly measured along the same from the Southeasterly corner of said grant or patent, and being the South- erly corner of the lot herein described and the Southwesterly corner of a lot of land now or formerly of Vivian Schmidt; w., LIBER 7493 PAGE 90 Running thence in a Northerly direction and along the Westerly line of said Schmidt's land and on a course of North 25 degrees 6 min- utes 40 seconds East 126.42 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the lot herein described and the Northwesterly corner of said Schmidt 's lot on the Northerly line of said right of way at the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William H. Price and Irving L. Price, Jr. by deed dated 11/8/1967 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 11/10/1967, in Liber 6253 of deeds at page 327, together with all the rights and privileges therein contained and subject to the easement or right of way therein set forth.
