A THIS INDENTURE, made the 12th day of May nineteen hundred and seventy-two,
BETWEEN Martin Meyer, residing at 30 Front Street, Greenport, NY,
party of the first part, and Alice M. Platon, residing at 167 Youngs Avenue, Calverton,
New York, and Albert A. Tambos, residing at 49 Morris Avenue, Patchogue,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,In consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements tkereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:,
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Front Street, distant 130.33 feet
easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of First
Street with the northerly side of Front Street, which point of beginning is at the
CV easterly line of land of Bruntweth; running thence north 626'40" west, along said
M land, 139.09 feet to a point on the southerly side of Adams Street, distant 131. 75
feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of
tFirst Street with the southerly side of Adams Street; thence north 85°47'30" east,
along the southerly side of Adams Street, 23 feet to land now or formerly of
Ireland; thence south 6139110" east, along said land and along land now or form-'
r erly of Tappert, 138. 61 feet to the northerly side of Front Street; thence south
84°33140" west, along the northerly side of Front Street, 23. 50 feet to`the point
or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Martin Meyer, the
party of the first part herein, by deed made by William L. Worth and Amy T.
Worth, dated May 31, 1956, recorded in liber 4124 of conveyances, page 357,
in the Suffolk County Clerk 's office.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, .and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and
rn roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and tosaid premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that.the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
z AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
0 eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apaly
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same ftor
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
