RAYNOR, residing at 312 'Third Street, Greenport, New York, r �xr1 party of the first part, and MARTIN PETERSON and AGNES PETERSON, his wife, both residing at 48 West 8th Street, New York, New York X�11 party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as part of lot 180 on a certain map entitled "Map of Beebe Estates, " and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 10, 1838, as Map No. 9, hounded and described as follows: CO BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Third Street, where the northerly line of land of Harry Rhodes and Priscilla Rhodes, his wife, intersects the said C� easterly side of Third Street, which point is distant 117. 50 feet K northerly from the northerly side of South Street; running thence along the easterly side of Third Street, North 60 50' West, 40 feet. . . . . . . . . . . . . to the south line of n land now or formerly of Joseph Brooks; thence along said land of Brooks, North 830 16' 40" East 150-99 fed hence along land now or formerly of Goldin, South 6048140" East,50.74 feet to land of Geicas; thence along land of Geicas and land of Ruther South 830 41 ' 50" West, 100.37 feet. . . . . . . . . . . to the land of Harry and Priscilla Rhodes; thence along said land of Rhodes, two courses and distances: (1) North 6° 50' West, 10 feet; (2) South 83° 16' 40" West, 50 feet to the easterly side of Third Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
