cr) THIS INDENTURE,made the 3rd day of November , nineteen hundred and seventy-one
M BETWEEN LUIGI M. GRILLI, residing at ysp Sixth Street, Village of Greenport,
Q Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being surviving tenant
by entirety of Anna M. Grilli, and who is the same as one of the grantees on deed
dated 10/21/1963, recorded 10/21963 in Liber 5437 C/p 245,
party of the first part, and PHILLIP PARKER and MARION PARKER, his wife, both

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated on a certain map on file in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk entitled "Map of Wiggins Estate" and signed by
Nathaniel Corwin, J. Wickham Case and Sidney A. Griffin, Commissioners in
Partition, as Lot Number One Hundred and forty-one (141), said map being filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in 1853 as Map No. 534, said lot
W being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of Sixth Street where the northerly
line of land of Long Island Railroad Company intersects said easterly side of Sixth
Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 7 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds East along the easterly
side of Sixth Street 78. 52 feet to a pipe and land formerly John G. Champlin and
now or formerly O. Goldin;
xat+� THENCE South 82 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East along last mentioned land
166, 09 feet to apipe and land formerly Delaware Dandrich and now or formerly
E. Mazzaferro;
rM THENCE South 7 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West along last mentioned land
n 40. 56 feet to a monument and land of the Long Island Railroad Company;
THENCE South 84 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds West along last mentioned land
G7 170. 51 feet to the monument on the easterly side of Sixth Street, at the point or

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
oz HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
< the party of the second part forever.

co AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
�y the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
