SUBJECT to (1) any state of facts an accurate survey might show, (2) covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreenuvtts. reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any, and (3) mortgage held by the Southold Savings Bank, recorded in
said County Clerk's office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any atreeta and
reads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenaners
and all the estate and rights of the patty of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
