and from said point of beginning running thence along the southerly

side of Sterling Avenue at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by
Louis Zillo, Mary Powell, Helen Kenny and Theresa Schott to Willian
John Cowan and Adele E. Cowan, his wife, by deed dated June 4, 1962
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 7, 1962 in
Liber 5177 of deeds at page 179.
