party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable eonsidemdou
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, Duce or parcel of land, with the buildinp and improvementsaided thereon situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Third Street, distant" 125 feet
northerly from the intersection of the northerly side of Front Street and the
easterly side of Third Street; running thence along the easterly side of Third
Street, north 6 degrees 50 minutes west, 33 feet; running thence along land
of R. and E. Conklin, north 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds east, 150
feet; running thence along land of Mescovey, south 6 degrees 50 minutes
east, :33 feet; running thence along land of Kiski, and land of A. Levine,
south 64 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds west, 150 feet to the point or place
of beginning.

Edgar Sypher, her husband, dated Nov. 1966 and recorded Dec. 20, 1967 by

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any strati and

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
