party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Central Avenue distant
667. 21 feet Easterly as measured along the Northerly side of Central
Avenue, from the corner formed by its intersection with the Easterly side
of Carpenter Street; and running
THENCE along land now or formerly of Bowden North 14 degrees 33' 10"
West 115. 80 feet to land nor or formerly of McGunnigle;
M THENCE along said land of McGunnigle North 73 degrees 44' 30" East
35. 80 feet to the Westerly side of a 10 foot wide right of way, over land now
Cor formerly of Tisdale;
K THENCE along said right of way South 1 5 degrees 07' 30" East 117.05 feet
to the Northerly side of Central Avenue; and
THENCE along the Northerly side of Central Avenue South 75 degrees 44,
20" West 36. 97 feet to the point or place of BEGINNIG.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed frcni Elsie Wilson, as
-� Executrix of the Last will and testament of Bernard Wilson, deceased, dated
May 23, 19-- and recorded May 27, 1963 in Liber 5352 cp 426.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
rM roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and tosaid premises; TO HAVY AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
