WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,In consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, puce or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point oh the W4sterly side of Fifth Street where same is

Street; and running;
THENCE South 6 degrees 55' 00" West along the Westerly side of Fifth
Street 51.23 feet to land now or formerly of Restivo;

THENCE along said land of Utz and along land now or formerly of Corazzinni

THENCE along the aforesaid land of Corazzinni and the above mentioned land
of Davis South 81 degrees 31' 10" East 165. 87 feet to the Westerly side of
Fifth Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO be the same premises- conveyed from Helen
Landon Griffin, also known as Helene G. Abrecht, dated ,lune 16, 1954 and
recorded 6-25-54 in Liber 3714 cp 272.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
