Inc. , which grant or patent is recorded in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of New York and also in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, and which point is also the southwesterly corner of the premises herein a conveyed; running thence easterly and along the said southerly line of said grant or patent on a course of South 66 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds Ea; t a distance of 29. 94 feet to land now or formerly of Burns; thence North 25 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East and along the said land now or formerly of Burns 119. 09 feet, to the northerly side of said right of way at the point or place of BEGINNING SUBJECT however to an easement by way of right of way over the most northerly thirty (30) feet of the premises herein described and TOGETHER with an easement by way of right of way over other portions of the right of way which embraces the northerly thirty (30) feet of the premises now or formerly of the Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, N. Young, Plaintiff against Nettie E. Hall and others, Defendants, which said right of way extends north to Manhanset Avenue. PARCEL II ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, including land under water, situate, lying and being at Sandy Beach, in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of a certain 30 foot right of way, which point is the Northwesterly corner of other lands of William Lowthian; running thence North 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East 100 feet; thence South 68 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East and at right angles to the last mentioned line 30 feet; thence South 21 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West 100 feet to the Northerly line of the aforesaid right of way; thence North 68 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West along the Northerly line of said right of way thirty (30) feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated September 15, 1948 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 21, 1948 in Liber 2875 of deeds at page 48 and in deed dated October 30, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 6, 1950 in Liber 3148 of deeds at page 193.
