by the intersection of the southerly side of Front Street and the easterly side of

running thence North 84 degrees 3$ minutes 30 seconds East, along the

The premises conveyed and intended to be conveyed are, more or less, the
premises deeded to George D. Weinstein as Trustee UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTA
MENT OF PAUL IVEY, Deceased, by Halpa Corporation less that portion of premises
heretofore conveyed away leaving the remainder leased to H . C . Bohack Co. , Inc. by
Agreement made 24 January 1964 and hereinafter mentioned.
SUBJECT to a 20-foot easement for the benefit of the above lands and the
premises immediately adjoining said easement on the. south and which said easement
must remain unobstructed at all times and is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Third Street distant 100 feet
northerly from the northerly side of. Wiggins Street; running thence north 83 degrees
20 minutes 00 seconds east 130 feet to a monument; running thence southerly parallel
with Third Street 20 feet to a point; running thence south 83 degrees 20 minutes 00
seconds west and parallel with the first course, 130 feet west to the easterly side
of Third Street; and running thence northerly along the easterly side of Third Street.
