by Albertson Case, Surveyor and filed in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk, June 20th, 1892 at 8:00 A.M. Said lots

(254) feet by land formerly of Wm. H.H. Moore, easterly one hundred
eighty-six (186) feet, by Lot number (11) , southerly by Madison
Avenue, one hundred eighty-two (182) feet and westerly by land for-
merly of Wm. H.H. Moore, one hundred twenty (120) feet.
