paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

New York, known and designated on a certain map entitled , "Plan

New York, belonging to Gerard S . Johnson" , and filed, or to be
filed, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as and
by the lot number 17 bounded and described as follows :

BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of Fifth Street
distant northerly 150 . 39 feet from the corner formed by the inter-
section of the northerly side of Johnson Place and the westerly
side of Fifth Street;
running thence North 82 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West 166.23
feet to a point;

thence North 07 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East 50. 13 feet to
land now or formerly of Mulhall;
thence along said last mentioned land South 82 degrees 42 minutes
00 seconds East 166 . 23 feet to a monument set in the westerly side
of Fifth Street;
thence along the westerly side of Fifth Street South 07 degrees
18 minutes 00 seconds West 50. 13 feet to the monument, the point
or place of BEGINNING. H
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE those premises conveyed to George4Mclndoe
and Doris T. McIndoe, his wife, by deed dated July 10, 1961 and
recorded July 13, 1961 in Liber 5016 cp 106.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the seller if any

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encurnbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
_I any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
