WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain pilot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

New York, known and designated as .Lat-18 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Proposed Sub-Division, Ser+ipn r , Nassau Point Club Properties,
Inc. situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York," surveyed
):Jl June 7, 1919, by Wallace H. Halsey, C.E. , Southampton, New York,
and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, New
Imo` York on 10/4/1919 as Map No. 745 and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly line of Nassau Point
Road at the southwesterly corner of Lot 37 shown on "Map of
Section A - Nassau Point" , filed in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
as Map No. 745; running thence along said Lot 37, N. 780 36' 20" E.-
368 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Little Peconic
Bay; thence southerly along said high water mark, 100 feet, more
or less, to Lot 39 shown on said map; thence along said Lot 39,
S. 780 36" 20" W. - 363 feet, more or less, to said easterly line
of Nassau Point Road; thence northerly along the curved easterly
Lal line of Nassau Point Road, 100 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning. Said point being N. 130 06 ' 50" W. - 99.95 feet from
the last-described point. Subject to an easement to the well in
Ifavor of said Lot 37.
BEING the same premises described in deed to the party of the first
art herein dated November 131_ 1987 and recorded at the Suffolk
County_ Clerk' s Office in Liber 10574 cp. 68 on April 1,.1988.
