County of Suffolk. Said parcel being bounded and described as follows; Beginning
3 at a point on the northerly side of Madison Avenue at the southeast corner of
lot 9; running thence northerly, along the easterly line of lot 9, 154 feet to

southerly line of said last mentioned land, 32 feet; thence southerly 22 feet;
thence again easterly, 18 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of land
now or formerly of Levine; thence southerly, along the westerly line of said
land now or formerly of Levine (being lot 7 on said map) to the northerly side
of Madison Avenue; thence westerly, along the northerly line or side of
Madison Avenue, to the point or place of beginning.
B e i ng and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Selleck and Anna
Kaplan to Abraham Kaplan by deed dated May 31, 1913, recorded in said
County Clerk's office September 5, 1918, liber 969 of conveyances, page 295,
the same premises of which Abraham Kaplan died seized and possessed;
EXCEPTING, however, so much of the above described premises as was
devised to Philip and Jack Kaplan (parties of the second part herein) by the

in said County Clerk's office, liber 138, page 41. The premises herein conveyed
