the Map #763, and which said map supercedes the subdivision made 5/9/23--
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office under the File No. 640,
said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southeasterly side of Northwest Loop
said monument being where the division line between lots 13 and 14 on
the above mentioned map intersects the southeasterly side of Northwest
Loop;
RUNNING THENCE in a general northeasterly direction along the south-
easterly side of Northwest Loop, 150.00 feet more or less to a monument
which marks the intersection of the southeasterly side of Northwest Loop
with the southerly side of Haywaters Road;
RUNNING THENCE south 58 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds east along the
jsoutherri�ly side of Haywaters Road, 144 feet more or less to the division
line bMween lots 13 and 12 as shown on the above mentioned map;
THENCE south 37 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds west along said last
mentioned division line, 107.0 feet to the division line between lots
13 and 14 as shown on the above mentioned map;
THENCE north 61 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds west, along said last
mentioned division line 200.40 feet to the southeasterly side of North-
