TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and

premises on the East as it leads southerly from New Suffolk Avenue
to Peconic Bay.
ALSO together with an easement for ingress and egress over and
upon the private road, 50 feet wide, adjoining the above described
premises on the West, and as it leads northerly in front of the
above described premises and thence easterly to the right of way
above mentioned, 25 feet wide, adjoining the premises on the East.

described parcel and the proposed dredged canal adjacent thereto

BEGINNING at a stake set on the westerly line of said 50 foot
private road at the southeasterly line of a dredged canal, said
point of beginning being North 880 03' West 174.75 feet from
an iron pipe at the northwesterly corner of land of Rambo; said
point of beginning being also about 500 feet westerly from the
westerly line of a 25 foot right of way leading to New Suffolk
Avenue; from said point of beginning running southerly along
said westerly line of said 50 foot private road, 60 feet to
a stake; thence southwesterly along land of Kreh, 10 feet;
thence northerly along the easterly edge of a proposed dredged
canal, 60 feet to said southeasterly edge of said dredged canal;
thence northeasterly along said southeasterly edge of said
