WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of the subject premises which point of beginning
is also the northwest corner of lot number 16 on said filed map now owned by
parties of the second part and running from said point of beginning North 32
degrees 23 minutes west 50.93 feet to lot number 19;
