WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road (S.R. 2.5) said point

THENCE from said point of beginning along the northerly side of Main Road south

of Wines, 396.29 feet to a monument and lands now or formerly of Ruland Jr. ;
THENCE along said land north 70 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds east 75.70 feet
to a monument and lands now or formerly of Horton;
THENCE along said lands south 19 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds east through a
\ monument, 400.01 feet to the point or place of beginning.

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

eration as alrust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
