Of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded as follows:

On the South by Long Island Railroad; on the West by land of the Long
Island Lighting Company; on the North by land of Kezlawski, and on the
East by land of the Long Island Railroad.
Together with a right of way to and from said premises along the
property immediately North of the land of the Long Island Railroad
Company which adjoins the property hereby conveyed on the East.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Henry A. Pollak
by deed dated October 2, 1943 and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on November 13 , 1943 in Liber 2323 at page
117.

\� BEGINNING at a point in the southwesterly line of Cutchogue Depot
Lane, forty-nine feet and five-tenths of a foot wide, and at the

being also at the distance of thirty feet and thirty-eight
one-hundredths of a foot measured northwestwardly along the
southwesterly line of Cutchogue Depot Lane from the point of
intersection with said monumented center line of railroad;
XTENDING from said beginning point the following four courses and
istances: (1) southwestwardly by land of The Long Island Rail Road

to a point in said southwesterly line of Cutchogue Depot Lane; and
thence ( 4) southeastwardly, along said southwesterly line of Cutchogue
Depot Lane and making an interior angle of 99° 2' 30" with said last
described course, seventy feet and eighty-eight one-hundredths of a
foot to the place of beginning.
CONTAINING fourteen thousand one hundred fifty-one square feet, more
or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Henry A. Pollak
by deed dated December 12, 1945 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 26, 1946 in Liber 2523 at
page 562.
