WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

West a distance of 314. 16 feet and thence South 680 46' 20" West a further distance
of 48.62 feet from the intersection of the Northerly and Easterly boundaries of
said land of Schelker and Palmer also being the Northeast corner of land conveyed
{i to Walter G. Schelker, Jr. in deed Liber 4761 page 370 as described therein as
Parcel C and from said point of beginning; running thence along said land South
780 00' 00" West 180.00 feet more or less to the ordinary high water line of Halls
Creek; thence Northerly along the mean high water line of Hall ' s Creek on a tie
line bearing North I10 49' 40" West a tie distance of 41 .61 feet to the center
line of a gutter; thence Easterly, partly along the center line of said gutter, on
a tie line bearing North 680 46' 20" East a tie distance of 198 feet to the
Westerly side of a Private Road; thence along the westerly side of said Private Road
cp South 0 degrees O1 minutes 30 seconds East 75 feet to the point or place of
