BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of a certain strip of land jointly

Walter G. Schelker to Howard S. Palmer , running thence along the westerly line

(55) minutes, fifty (50) seconds east 33 feet to the point of beginning.

purpose of entering thereon, laying, installing, maintaining and repairing
underground pipes or conduits for water, gas, sewer and wires for electric light
_ or telephone service, either on poles or underground.
SUBJECT also to a public right of way for pedestrians only, over a strip of land
ten ( 10) feet in width running along the shores of Great Peconic Bay and Hall ' s
Creek above the highwater mark.
SUBJECT also to restrictive covenants and agreements of record, if any, that
are still in force and effect.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed in Deed dated January 22,
1948 recorded in Liber 2800 Page 154 on February 17, 1948.
TOGETHER with the right to use a certain right-of-way in common with others
over adjacent land now or formerly of John Downs to New Suffolk Avenue.
