State of New York, being a part of and within the lands described and included
upon a certain RIMap of Meadowland of W. G. Schelker and H.S. Palmer, situate
at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York, " surveyed January 12, 1927 by Otto W.
Van Tuyl , licensed Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of
OP Suffolk County on May 12, 1927 as Map No. 819, being particularly bounded and
described as follows:
IST: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of land now or formerly of Palmer on the
