at 41 Sherwood Circle, Salem, N.H. 03079, and MARY ANN E. MEARS,
residing at 903 Poplar Hill Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21210

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
Cutchogue, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a post or stake on the shore of Peconic Bay at the Southeasterly
corner of the lands now or late of Howard S. Palmer, Roscoe A. Scism and Walter
G. Schelker, and running thence northerly along said lands 325 feet to land now
or late of Henry V. Downs; thence easterly along said land now or late of
Henry V. Downs, 50 feet; thence southerly and parellel with said first course
and along the land now or late of said Henry V. Downs 325 feet to Peconic Bay
and thence westerly along the shore of said Peconic Bay 50 feet to the place
of beginning.
Together with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part in
and to a right of way 10 feet in width to and from New Suffolk Avenue as
expressed in an agreement filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the
29th day of January, 1926, in liber 1165 of deeds page 344.
