WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

ALL that tract or parcel of land situated at Fleets Neck, Cutchogue ,
O G� Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows:-
WIN BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the easterly side of
West Creek Avenue and the southerly line of Dick ' s Point Avenue ;

running thence easterly along the southerly side of Dick ' s Point
Avenue 182 . 72 feet to land now or formerly of George H. Fleet;
/Qo0 running thence southerly along land now or formerly George H. Fleet
67 . 19 feet to land heretofore conveyed to Henry L. Fleet and

Clarence C. Fleet; running thence in a westerly direction 190 feet,
05.00 more or less, along said land of Henry L. Fleet and Clarence C.

in a northerly direction 79 . 5 feet along the easterly side of West
Creek Avenue to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of , in and to those portions of West Creek Avenue
and Dick ' s Point Avenue adjacent to said premises .
BEING the same premises conveyed by Michael Hand and Margaret B.
Hand, his wife, to Wilhelm K. Haysom and Minnie B. Haysom by deed
dated October 30 , 1948 , and recorded on November 8 , 1948 , in Liber
2892 of Deeds at Page 549 in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office .
The said Minnie B. Haysom died on September 7 , 1988 , leaving
Wilhelm K. Haysom as surviving tenant by the entirety.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" phall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
