WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
1 part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
1 ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ig2he at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Deep Hole Drive
at the northeast corner of premises herein described and at the north-
east corner of land formerly of Josephine Huttenlocker and which point
l� of beginning is distant 2114 feet, more or less, southerly from the
` corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Deep Hole
Drive with the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue as measured along
the westernly and southwesterly side of Deep Hole Drive as the same
curves; running thence southeasterly along the southwesterly side of
Deep Hole Drive on the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a
radius of 330 feet, a distance of 82 feet, to a monument and land of
Chester Alb(recht; thence along said land of Albrecht, South 3853 ' 00"
West, 211. 75 feet, more or less to Deep Hole Creek; thence along said
Creek measured on the tie line North 53039 ' 50" West, 129 . 16 feet-to
land formerly of Joseph Huttenlocker; thence alongsaid last mentioned
land, North 50050140" East and through a monument 229 . 56 feet to the
southwesterly side of Deep Hole Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part

BIk. HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
W AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
