SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Nassau Point, or Little Hog Neck Road, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot 210 and part of Lot 209 , on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Nassau Point Club Property, Inc. , Amended
Map B of Section B" , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on September 26 , 1924 as Map No. 789 ,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
(A BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bridge Lane
said point being the northeasterly corner of above-mentioned
lot; running thence southerly and westerly along the westerly
and northerly side of Bridge Lane along a curve with a radius
of 260 .00 feet an arc distance of 129 . 98 feet to a point;
1 , thence along a curve with a radius of 115 .00 feet an arc
distance of 89 . 22 feet to a point; thence on a tie line

This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage made by
John D. Fife and Alice S. Fife, as mortgagors and the Estate
of Garrick L. Mallery, as mortgagee , which mortgage is dated
the 22nd day of June, 1989 , and was recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 28th day of June,
1989 , in Liber 15231 of Mortgages at Page 200 .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE Parcel I of the premises
conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated May 18 ,
1977 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
June 13 , 1977 in Liber 8251 Page 513 ; and a part of the
premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated June 22 , 1989 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on June 28 , 1989 in Liber 10884 Page 596 .
