Hallock, akso known as Marion E. Hallock, surviving tenant by the entirety, residing at 233 Third Street, Greenport, NY, party of the first part,and Beverly J. Hallock, residing at 233 Third Street, Greenport, NY, party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by q the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors Gand assigns of the party of the second part forever, All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a monument set on the westerly side of Railroad Avenue (Third Street) at the northeast corner of the premises hereby conveyed, and running thence southerly, along the westerly side of Railroad Avenue (Third Street), 40. 7 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of land of Carlozzi; running thence westerly, along the northerly line of land of Carlozzi, to land of Bunce; thence northerly, along the easterly line of land of Bunce, 41. 3 feet, more or less, to a monument; thence easterly, in a straignt line along the southerly line of land now or formerly of Stilley to the westerly side of Railroad Avenue (Third Street), to the point or place of beginning. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by A, Harry Brown and Bessie B. Brown, his wife, to Frederick A. Hallock and Marion E. Hallock, his wife, by deed dated April 15, 1926, recorded April 30, 1926, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, liber 1186 of conveyances at page 258. SUBJECT to (1) any state of facts an accurate survey might show; (2) covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of record, and (3) boundary line agreement dated February 21, 1962, recorded February 28, 1962, liber 5132 of conveyances, page 46, in the said County Clerk's office.
