WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last

BEGINNING at a monument set at the corner formed by the
intersection of the northerly side of Adams Street and the westerly
vo side of First Street ; running thence South 85 degrees 47 minutes

said last mentioned land the following three (3) courses and distances

47 minutes 00 seconds West , 99 feet to the southerly side of South
Street ; running thence North 85 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East

'tide of First Street ; running thence South 6 degrees 59 minutes
10 seconds East along the westerly side of First Street, 231 .85 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO : (1) leases and

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
