THIS INDENTURE, made the day of June nineteen hundred and seventy-two,
BETWEEN Andrew J. Campbell and Irene Campbell, his wife, both residing at
705 El Rancho Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, formerly of Greenport, New York,
party of the first part, and Robert Hamilton, Jr. , and Joan Hamilton, his wife, both
residing at Three Youngs Street, Riverhead, New York,

` ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements tkerem erected, situate,
lying and being im6w at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Street distant 172. 48 feet
southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Main Street with the southerly side of North Street, and which said point of beginn-
ing is also the southeast corner of land now or formerly of McColgan, and from
said point of beginning, running thence south 7°01'50" east, along the westerly
side of Main Street, 49. 50 feet to the northeast corner of land now or formerly
of Armstrong; thence south 84°23'20" arrest, along said land now or formerly of
Armstrong, 165. 72 feet to land now or formerly of Snead; thence north 6°48'40"
west, along said land now or formerly of Snead and along land now or formerly
of Merrill, 91. 13 feet to land now orfiormerly of Sammis; thence north 83°l 1'20"
cast, along land now or formerly of Sammis, 15.0 feet to land now or formerly
of McColgan; thence south 6°45'50" east, along said land now or formerly of
McColgan, 41. 0 feet; thence north 84°45'10" east, still along said land now or
formerly of McColgan, 150. 59 feet to the westerly side of Main Street at the point
or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by William H. Price and
Irving L. Price, Jr. , to Andrew J. Campbell and Irene Campbell, his wife,
party of the first part herein, by deed dated November 24, 1961, recorded
November 27, 1961, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, liber 5087 at page 261.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
rn and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
Q HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the ¢arty of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
z .AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the LieD Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such eonsfd-
to oration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same ter

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
