Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, generally
bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land formerly of Richard
Castree, 143 feet, more or less; Easterly by land formerly of Daniel Harris,
" feet, more or less; Southerly by land formerly of Brown, (Parcel II
hereinafter described) 135 feet, more or less; and Westerly by Carpenter
Street, 70 feet, more or less.
BEING and intended to be. the same premises conveyed by Melinda Swain
and others to Mary Elizabeth be.,
