Conkling, Mattituck, New York" , which said map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office 25 ,January 1927, as Map No. 175, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Meday Avenue where it is intersected by the easterly line of Cox Neck Road; thence from said point of beginning running North 770 24' East 121.3 feet along said southerly line of Meday Avenue to a point where the division line of Lots 73 and 74 on Map of tollewood, Mattituck, New York, intersects said southerly line of Meday Avenue; thence along said division line of Lots 73 and 74 on said Map South 60 26' 20" West 129.57 feet to a point; thence North 88 ° 45' West 106.05 feet through said Lots 72 and 73 on the aforementioned map to the easterly line of Cox Neck Road; thence along said S/s easterly line of Cox Neck Road North 10 15' East 100 feet to the point or place of : AV beginning.
