WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 33 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Highland Estates at Cutchogue , Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. " filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on April 26 , 1977 as Map Number 6537 , being more
particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northeast side of Highland Road,
connecting the northeast side of Highland Road with the East side
of Spur Road; RUNNING THENCE along the east side of Spur Road,
North 50 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds East 169 .26 feet to a point;
THENCE South 49 degrees 37 minutes 25 seconds East 200 feet to
a point; THENCE South 41 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East 194 .90
feet to a point; THENCE along the northeast side of Highland Road,
North 48 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds West 205 . 16 feet to an arc
of a curve; THENCE along said arc bearing to the left having a
radius of 21 . 38 feet and a length of 36 . 92 feet which connects
n the northeast side of Highland Road with the east side of Spur
Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
