Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed Dated July 21 , 1972 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July 28, 1972 in Liber 7208, page 64. Subject to a first mortgage with a principal balance of $7, 820. 53 held by Oscar Goldin which mortgage the party of the second part hereby agrees to assume to pay.
