This Indenture, made the 1174 day of August nineteen hundred and Seventy two

WE/ Between Oscar Goldin, residing at 520 Fourth Street, Greenport, NY
party of the first part,and Frank Field and Margaret A. Field, his wife, both
residing at 40 Hudson Road, Bellerose, NY
party of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York,, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Second Street distant 200.66
feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side
of Center Street and the westerly side of Second Street;
running thence along lands now or formerly of Davis and Jones, South 83 degrees
16' 40" West 148. 00 feet;
running thence still along lands now or formerly of Jones, North 6 degrees
47' 10" West 55. 43 feet to lands now or formerly of Saxton;
running thence still along said lands , now or formerly of Saxton North 83 degrees
16' 30" East 148. 00 feet to the westerly side of Second Street;
running thence along the westerly side of Second Street, South 6 degrees
4- 47' 00" East 55. 43 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed from Melania
Sledjeskito Oscar Goldin, by deed dated June 30, 1960 and recorded in
'Liber 4835 of conveyances at page 559 in the Suffolk County Clerk;s Office.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of.the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and

rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
r party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
tl said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
r r= part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
�y fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the pay-
ment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
