BEING the same premises conveyed to the Party of the First
Part by Deed dated November 22, 1963 and recorded November 27,
1962 in Liber 5457, Page 137 from Lester Y. Clerke.
SUBJECT to Covenants and Restrictions and Easements of
Record.
SUBJECT to any Mortgages of Record.
Simultaneously with this conveyance Helen W. Fall, one of
the Parties of the First Part herein, has remised, released, and
relinquished and forever quit claimed and by these presence does
hereby remise, release, and relinquish and quit claim all of the
dower right and title of dower and all other right, title, and
interest whatsoever in law or in equity which the said Helen W.
Fall now has or hereby acquired the virtue of this conveyance
in and to the land and premises described herein.
This deed is given in accordance with the terms, covenants,
and conditions of a certain separation and property settlement
agreement dated August 7 , 1972 between the Parties of the First
Part herein
