"Preston property" and "Land of Lowndes Estate" (as said line appears
on a survey dated August 27, 1925 by Otto W. Van Tuyl of properties
owned by Lydia S.F. Prentiss in the Village of Greenport, Suffolk
County, New York) ; thence westerly 50 feet along a line parallel with
the southerly side of Front Street; thence northerly 150 feet along
a line parallel with said property line to the southerly side of

corner of other lands conveyed by the parties of the first part to the

southerly of the westerly line of said lands to high water mark of
Peconic Bay; thence in a general easterly direction along the high
water mark of Peconic Bay to the property line separating the
"Preston property" and "Lands of Lowndes Estate" (as said line appears
on a survey dated August 27, 1925 by Otto W. van Tuyl of properties
owned by Lydia S. F. Prentiss in the Village of Greenport, Suffolk
County, New York) ; thence northerly along the property line aforesaid
to the southeasterly corner of other lands conveyed by the parties
of the first part to the party of the second part; thence westerly
along the southerly line thereof fifty (50) feet to the point or
