This Indenture, made the l day of August ,nineteen hundred and seventy two
Between John J. C&Dss, residing at 317 Fourth Street, Greenport, NY

party of the first part,and John J. Cross and Robert F. Cross as joint tenants with rights
of survivorship, both residing at 317 Fourth Street, Greenport, NY
party of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated on a certain map of the Wiggins Estate,
entitled Nathaniel Corwin, Sidney . Griffing and J. Wickham Case,
Commissioners in partition, dated May 19th, 1953 and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office and designated thereon as and by the lot number
35 and being bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner thereof, on the westerly side of
Fourth Street, distant 100 feet southerly from the intersection of the
southerly side of Flint Street, with the westerly side of Fourth Street; and
RUNNING THENCE westerly by and with the land of Charles Davis and
parallel to the southerly line of Flint Street, 165 feet to the land of
Margaret Davis;
THENCE Southerly, parallel with the westerly line of Fourth Street by and
with the land of said Margaret Davis , 50 feet to lot 36, as laid down
on said map belonging formerly to Fanny Priester;
THENCE easterly by and with the said lot number 36 165 feet to the westerly
? M line or side of Fourth Street; and
THENCE Northerly by and with the westerly line of Fourth Street 50 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed from Mary
Elizabeth Yetter to John J. Cross by deed dated June 27, 1969 and re-

corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 6576 at page 490
on June 30, 1969CD ,

C^' Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
