COSTELLO, his wife, both residing at 15 Ninth Street, Greenport, New York, party of the second part, WITNESS ET11,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, AIL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Sixth Street, distant 150. 21 feet Northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly side of Clark Street with the Easterly side of Sixth Street said point of beginning being also where the Northerly side of land now or formerly of Hanff intersects the Easterly side of Sixth Street and thence along the Easterly side of Sixth Street North 7 degrees i8 minutes 40 seconds East 50. 07 feet to land now or formerly of Tuthill; thence along said last mentioned land South 82 degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds East 166. 16 feet to land now or formerly of Luke; thence along land now or formerly of Luke and land now or formerly of Riley Estate South 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West 50. 07 feet to land now or formerly of Ilanff; and thence along land now or formerly of Hanff North 82 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West 166. 16 feet to the Easterly side of Sixth Street at the point or place of beginning.
