Apo WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
13700 lying and being in Fleet's Neck, Cutchogue, in the town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and the State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:

tant 200 feet from the southwesterly corner of land now or former-
ly of Grathwohl Curran as measured along the northerly side of
Fleetwood Road and from said point; running thence along the north

onds West, 100. 0 feet; thence North 37 degrees 54 minutes 00 sec-
onds East, 216. 0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Eugene's
Creek (East Creek) ; thence easterly along the southerly side of
Eugene' s Creek as the same winds and turns the tie line of which
bears North 88 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East, 137. 15 feet
along said line to land now or formerly of Nagill; running thence
south 39 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds West, 284. 0 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING
TOGETHER with a right of way over the nearest highway to the beach
at East Creek and with the privilege of using the beach for bath-
ing purposes, east of a point marked by a cedar bush growing on
the beach.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest to the beach and mea-
dow lying in front of said premises and in and to lands under
water of East Creek.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated the 3rd day of August 1977 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on August 12, 1977 in Libre 8287 Page 565
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
