BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the East side of
Fifth Street and the South side of Wiggins Street; running thence
South 88°' 21' 20" East along the South side of Wiggins Street, 166. 65
feet to, an iron pipe and land of the Commissioner of Welfare; thence
running South 61 56 ' 00" West, along the last-mentioned land, 67 feet

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the pay.
