SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT,
having its principal office in Washington, D. C. , and an office
for the conduct of business at 666 Fifth Avenue, New York, New
York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
FALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
Vd lying and bei ng in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York , known and designated as and by the
lot numbers 5 and 24 , on a certain map entitled, "Map of Greenport
Village , The Beebe Estate", and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County, on August 10th, 1838 , as Map Number 9, which
said lots are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
North by Case Street; East by Open Way, West by Main Street; South

and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly side of Case Street
and the easterly side of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Case Street North 83
degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East 166 .24 feet to Carpenter Street!
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Carpenter Street South
6 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds East 33. 65 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 166.29
feet to the easterly side of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Main Street North 6 degrees .'
50 minutes 50 seconds West 34 . 04 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being known as 546 Main Street, Greenport, New York.
TOGETUE'R with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. '
The word "1>arty" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense-of''this indenture so requires.
