BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed on
the northerly side of a right of way hereinafter mentioned and defined, which line
is also the"soutlAerly line of land formerly of Herbert Fordham (nor Parcel #2
herein) and distant 562 .5 feet westerly on a course-of North 6.8 degrees, 53
minutes, 20 seconds West from the westerly line of land_noyv or formerly of Inez

RUNNING from said point of beginning, westerly along the said northerly line
of said right of way, ,North 68 degrees, 53 minutes, 20 secohds'WErst, _41 feet to
the northwesterly corner of.the plot herein described,- and the.northeasterly corner

RUNNING THENCE southerly along the easterly side of said land now or

111.46 feet to a point in the southerly line of land granted by the People of the
State of New York, to the Sandy. Beach Association of Greenport, New York, Inc. ,
and which grant or patent is recorded in the Office of the Seciretary of the State of
New York, and also recorded in the Office of the Clerkof the County of Suffolk,
and which point is the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and
the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Allen. _
RUNNING THENCE in a easterly direction qnd along the southerly line of said
grant or patene,,_and along the southerly line�f,a bulkhead. along the high water
mark of Greenport Harbor, South 66 degrees, 23 minutes, 10 seconds East.- a
distance of 40.91 feet to land now. or formerly of Tasker;
RUNNING THENCE in a northerly direction and along the westerly line of said

Ii BEGINNING at a point of the'northerly line of a certain tight of way, Which
point is the northwesterly comer of Parcel #1 hereinabove described;
RUNNING THENCE northerly at right angles to the northerly side of said right_
of way;and along land now or fofinerly.of Allen, 100 feet,

right of way which embraces the northerly 30 feet of the premises now or
formerly of Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, Pew York, Inc. , between
the lands of Inez Fordham on the east thereof and the lands of Herbert Fordham'
on the west thereof.
ALSO, together with a right of way, in common with others, upon, over and
across a parcel of land adjoining said last above mentioned right of way, on
the north thereof, and which parcel of land is referred to as parcel "C" in the
o interlocutory judgment of 1929 in the' partition action in the Couniy Court,
Suffolk County- entitled Archibald N. Young, Plaintiff, against Netti E. Hall
and others, defendants, Which said last mentioned right of way extends north
to Manhanset Avenue.
